This rural wedding set outside a beautifully renovated horse stable near Delta, Ontario was steeped in family history and meaning. This young couple recently moved back to Ontario from the west coast to move into his grandparents homestead which sits nearby to his parents home and stables where they were married. I enjoyed photographing in a home steeped in so much history. I only had to enter a room and I was flooded with the untold stories of this family.

These two easily laughed and joked together all day. To all couples planning a wedding please take this advice, be yourselves. You will be happiest seeing images of who you naturally are rather than a bunch of stiff, unsmiling, posed images all day long.
