I’ve photographed a lot of weddings and the personal vows exchanged during this ceremony are some of the most heartfelt and sincere I have had the privilege to witness. It was a winner of a gorgeous autumn day at The Cove Inn, in Westport, Ontario. This couple had their first look at Foley Mountain Conservation Area, which is a well loved area. Luckily, there are plenty of trails in the bush where sightseers are scarce so they were able to have privacy and stillness. The air was still, the light was diffused and the autumn colours popped in nature’s surroundings. Gorgeous day, gorgeous couple. ♥

Sometimes we put our focus on the decorations and table settings, but after attending many, many weddings, I can assure you the most memorable and talked about things from a wedding are the heartfelt vows the couple exchange. Something to consider when planning your wedding!
